We only refund untouched credit packs — purchases where none of the credits from that pack have been reserved or delivered.

  • Refundable: buy 10,000 credits and use 0 → you may request a refund of that pack.
  • Not refundable: buy 10,000 and use 1,000 → the remaining 9,000 cannot be refunded as a partial pack.
  • Credits consumed by a customer request (reserved or delivered) count as used. Contact support from this workspace to request a refund on an unused pack.
