How fast is delivery?
Matching starts when the source is available; human review follows. Timing depends on the brief and review queue. Progress stays visible in the workspace.
What if you can’t fill the full count?
You only pay for approved, delivered people. Empty or rejected matches do not consume credits.
Do credits expire?
Balances do not auto-expire in the current product. Any future change would be shown before purchase.
Can we get a refund?
Contact support with your payment reference for a refund review. Releasing reserved credits is not a cash refund. Applicable purchase terms govern eligibility; the dashboard does not issue automatic refunds.
